30+ years in the ITC industry in development, sales, marketing and leadership roles where Dave worked with vendors, customers and partners around the world. Dave advises the ICX board on industry trends, strategy and operational plans.
Derek McGowan

30+ years’ experience delivering CRM products & services to the banking, finance and automotive industries. Derek worked for IBM in engineering, sales and senior management roles before becoming joint owner & CEO of Contact Advantage, a software solutions provider for the automotive industry.

Specialising in M&A projects, Kevin is a co-founder of Blackhawk Capital, a private equity boutique focused on the Telecommunications, Media & Technology sector.
Kevin, alongside Rob Lewis, co-founded and built Actuate Ltd, a business solutions provider focused on the automotive industry, before successfully selling it to MSX International.
